Volunteer Monster and Trail Guide Descriptions and Requirements

Monsters enhance our guests experience by scaring them as they move through the attraction, while providing a high level of professionalism. Monsters are assigned a specific theme in which they will be in for the full event.

Trail Guides assist our guests as they move through the attraction, by keeping them on track and providing support to them as necessary.
All Team Members assist with the daily set-up and take-down of their assigned areas.

Qualifications: 16 years of age or older, Customer Service experience preferred, Amusement or Hospitality experience is a plus, Halloween Attraction experience is a plus, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must, Able to work evenings and weekends is a must, Comfortable engaging with groups, Able to wear a costume for a long period of time (including a mask) and be Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Volunteers 18 years of age and older may be required to provide a criminal record check.

High-School Students may obtain hours for their their Community Service Hours volunteering at this attraction, as it provides financial donations to Spirit of Children supporting SickKids The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.
