Tickets are time specific. We ask that you arrive no more than 10-minutes prior to the time of your reservation. Those that arrive too early will be asked to leave and return closer to their reservation time, as parking may not be available yet. 

Fear Forest operates Rain or Shine.

In the event of inclement weather where Fear Forest cannot operate, credit will be issued for attendance on another date for the event.

Fear Forest is recommended for guests 10 years of age and older, but anyone is permitted.

Guests 15 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Only guide dogs and service animals are permitted in the attraction.  Our team may ask to see acceptable documentation for a service animal requirement as accepted by the AODA.

As Fear Forest operates in an actual forest, it is not accessible for those in wheelchairs or for baby strollers.

Tickets are Final Sale. Tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable and cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to reservations made by guests with incorrect dates or when tickets are double purchased by a guest.

The haunted trail walk experience will last on average for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how fast you walk. The whole experience will last for about 45-minutes (this includes from the time you arrive to park, check in, receive instructions, complete the experience and depart from the venue).

If there are tickets available for purchase online, you can purchase them directly from our website. 

If the experience is sold out and you do not require additional parking, you can add up to 4 tickets to your reservation when you check in at the gate. Unfortunately, if the experience is sold out and you require additional parking you will not be able to purchase additional tickets.

When you purchase tickets you will be promoted to select if you need parking or not. If you selected “no parking required” and now require parking, you can text us at (289) 277-3238 and we will update your reservation. Parking is available for those that purchase 2 or more tickets; single ticket purchases cannot be combined to obtain parking. Terms & Conditions apply. 

If you require additional parking (more than 1 space) you can select it during the online check-out process. If you require additional parking after submitting a reservation, you can text us at (289) 277-3238. If parking space is available we will update your reservation and you will be sent an email for payment.

To ensure that the scares in our attraction are a surprise, we do not allow pictures or videos to be taken inside the forest. Feel free to take pictures in the parking lot and waiting area.
